As part of OMG23, Omnicom Media Group's dedicated Walt Disney Studios team, I help manage multimillion-dollar paid search campaigns supporting some of the world's largest theatrical and streaming releases.
As a Paid Search & Social Coordinator, I oversee more than $2 million in media investments across Google Search, Microsoft Search, and YouTube, optimizing campaigns through bid management, search query analysis, A/B testing, and audience refinement to improve efficiency at scale.
Beyond campaign management, I have become a key contributor to the agency's AI initiatives.
I designed and led the development of agentic AI workflows that streamline media planning and buying processes, earning first place in OMG23's six-week company-wide AI Hackathon.
These workflows help automate research, planning, and operational tasks, enabling teams to move faster while making more informed decisions.
Working on global entertainment campaigns has strengthened my expertise in performance marketing, large-scale media operations, and applying AI to solve complex marketing challenges.
Beyond managing campaigns, I focused on sharpening my skills as the go-to resource for process improvement, automation, and technical problem-solving within the paid search team.
I developed Excel tools, automated workflows, and custom spreadsheets that simplified reporting, campaign planning, QA, and operational tasks.
As campaign complexity grew, teammates regularly relied on me to troubleshoot platform issues, improve existing processes, and create solutions for recurring challenges.
I also led a comprehensive audit of Responsive Search Ads across active accounts, identifying opportunities to improve ad strength, asset coverage, and overall campaign quality while helping establish best practices for future builds.
Outside of campaign execution, I spearheaded the development of AI agentic workflows for media planning and buying teams. The project combined research automation, planning assistance, and workflow optimization, ultimately earning first place in OMG23's agency-wide six-week AI Hackathon (example agent pictured below).

Day-to-Day
Built and launched responsive search ads, Demand Gen campaigns, responsive video ads, and keyword builds across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Search Ads 360.
Monitored budget pacing and campaign delivery daily, making bid, budget, and targeting adjustments to maintain performance throughout each campaign lifecycle.
Conducted search query analysis and maintained negative keyword strategies to improve traffic quality, reduce wasted spend, and increase campaign efficiency.
Planned and executed Brand Lift studies to measure ad recall, awareness, and campaign impact beyond traditional performance metrics.
Performed ongoing A/B testing of ad copy, creative assets, bidding strategies, and audience signals to identify optimization opportunities.
Built recurring reports and competitive analyses, translating campaign data into actionable insights for internal teams.
Supported campaign trafficking, billing, insertion orders, and QA to ensure accurate execution across multiple media platforms.
Partnered with cross-functional teams to launch campaigns on schedule, troubleshoot issues, and maintain operational excellence across high-profile entertainment releases.
