CLD PR produces high-profile events for fashion, lifestyle, and entertainment brands—but creating standout experiences requires more than just aesthetics.


As a Summer Event Intern at CLD PR, I supported the production of branded events from the ground up, assisting with everything from on-site setup to guest experience. I helped bring activations to life by styling visual moments, organizing merchandise, and managing event inventory.


I also handled essential purchases using the company card and ensured the venue was photo-ready and aligned with brand standards.


This hands-on role sharpened my eye for detail and gave me valuable insight into the fast-paced world of event-based PR.

Foothill Transit serves over 12 million riders annually across the San Gabriel and Pomona Valleys, yet many college students remain unaware of its benefits, discounts, and sustainability efforts.


As a micro-intern with Foothill Transit, I collaborated with a student-run PR agency to develop a targeted campaign aimed at increasing awareness and ridership among Cal Poly Pomona students. I helped craft messaging that emphasized convenience, safety, and eco-friendliness, and contributed to event planning, social media strategy, and branded content that connected transit to student life—bringing the brand closer to a new generation of riders.


Achievements

  • Design dashboards using PivotTables and automate data processing with Power Query and advanced Excel functions.

  • Draft human-interest stories and SEO-optimized content for print and web.

  • Assist in developing marcom plans for major campaigns, like the university’s rebranding

I started @86.dyl as a fun way to share my love for cars, especially Toyota and RWD platforms, and it quickly grew into something more. Along the way, I earned a partial sponsorship from Import Image Racing and built real connections in the SoCal car scene.


I now shoot and film for local crews and large events, using the account to document my build progress and highlight the community around it.

The Orange County Transportation Authority connects people and places across the region—but even transit agencies need to attract top talent to keep things moving.


As a self-initiated project, I analyzed OCTA’s digital presence and noticed a gap: while their website emphasized recruitment, their Instagram said nothing about careers. I created Instagram Story layouts and a custom highlight cover designed to promote job openings and strengthen their hiring pipeline through social media. This small mockup, backed by simple research and user insight, showcased how design thinking and strategic observation can surface real opportunities for impact, even from the outside.
